“TORQUE MOTOR – Stall torque motor, no load speed 450 RPM(12 POLE), 3PHASE, 50HZ, Foot mounted (B3 Construction), class “F” insulation suitable for 50°C ambient, continuous duty.Rated S1 duty (100%), fiited with DC fail safe electromagnetic brake, totally enclosure surface cooled(TESC), brake coil voltage 200V D.C, Protection IP55, tolerance for stall torque + 10% to – 5% DC. RECTIFIER 415 AC TO 200V DC.
Features:
- Stall torque is the torque available from a motor whose output rotational speed is zero.
- Motors in a stalled condition may be prone to overheating and possible damage if the current flowing under these conditions becomes higher than the maximum continuous rating.
- When the motor is stalled, the power is zero. As the speed increases, the torque falls linearly until it reaches zero at its free speed.
- This linear torque/speed relationship results in the power being a maximum at a speed equal to one-half the free speed. Each curve of this kind is valid for one applied pressure
